Vendor Eligibility & Acceptance
All vendors must be approved by RepMo Market organizers before participating. Vendors must produce or create the products they sell. Reselling commercial goods is only allowed with prior approval.
Booth Fees & Booking
Vendors must pay booth fees in advance. All bookings are non-refundable.
Weekly Vendors: May reschedule to a different Saturday with at least one week's notice.
Seasonal Vendors: Receive two free Saturdays and are not charged for the extra Saturday in months with five Saturdays to account for possible interruptions.
Attendance Policy
No penalties for missed days. However, monthly or seasonal vendors who miss more than 50% of scheduled dates may be ineligible for future seasons.
Weather & Market Cancellations
If market days are canceled due to severe weather or other unforeseen events beyond our control, additional bookings will be offered where applicable (for weekly and monthly vendors). Seasonal vendors are already compensated with additional dates as outlined above.
Hours of Operation
The market runs 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Vendors must stay for the entire market unless previously arranged with RepMo Market staff.
Promotion & Advertising
Vendors are responsible for promoting their booth and driving their own traffic. RepMo Market will promote the event through various means but does not guarantee customer turnout, sales volume, or individual vendor success.
Prohibited Items
Vendors may not sell firearms, weapons, illegal substances, or inappropriate, dangerous, or otherwise prohibited items as deemed by market management. Market organizers reserve the right to remove non-compliant items or vendors.
Setup & Teardown
Vendors must be set up by 8:00 AM and stay until 1:00 PM. Vendors are responsible for tents, tables, displays, and signage, keeping their space clean, and fully clearing their area after teardown.

Vendors are responsible for obtaining all required licenses, permits, or insurance. Vendors selling food items must comply with local health codes and Missouri Cottage Food Law (if applicable).
Liability
RepMo Market is not liable for theft, injury, loss, or damages incurred at the market. Vendors participate at their own risk.
